Over 700 housing units have BEEN ADDED under the Prototype Housing Scheme and 7,869 housing units under Public-Private Partnerships! 3,302 housing units have been ADDED through FHA, over 5,007 housing units through mortgages created by the FMBN and 17,240 housing units through estate development loans provided through FMBN!
PRESIDENT GOODLUCK JONATHAN has also established the Nigerian Mortgage Refinance Company to promote home ownership by HELPING TO INCREASE the AVAILABILITY and AFFORDABILITY of mortgage loans in #NIGERIA!
Under this scheme, over 10,000 eligible Nigerians will be AWARDED MORTGAGES worth between N2 million to N20 million at low interest rate! It is being implemented in partnership with over 22 state governments and the Central Bank of Nigeria. It is also backed by development partners including the World Bank, and the African Development Bank!
NO ONE can claim that OUR PRESIDENT is not working! He has achieved milestones as the leader of this nation!
